Motorists who travel Interstate 90 eastbound are about to see a new political statement.
A new billboard near mile marker 62 is about to ask drivers to choose an alternative fuel like ethanol.
It's an ad campaign being supported by the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Weather permitting, the design will be added to the billboard later this week. You can see a copy of the design now, however, at www.joinfoil.org.
The idea is from a local billboard manager who wants to punish countries that harbor terrorists.
"I was in New York at a convention on September 11th, and it was one of those helpless times that you wish you could do something and maybe this is something we can," says Alan Maas, the manager of Epic Outdoor Advertising.
One of the billboards is already in Summit, South Dakota. The VFW hopes the signs will sprout up nationwide.
